VarianTrade supports automated trading of forex, derivatives and cryptocurrency. These markets are highly volatile. You should not invest funds that you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.
1. No financial advice
VarianTrade is a software provider. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The signals, copy-trading features and AI analysis provided by the platform are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
2. Technology risks
Automated trading is subject to technology failures, including but not limited to:
- Internet connectivity issues preventing order execution.
- Broker or exchange API downtime and rate limiting — MetaTrader 5, MetaCopier, MetaApi, Alpaca and Binance among them.
- Software bugs in the VarianTrade execution engine.
- Hardware failures on server infrastructure.
VarianTrade shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such technical failures.
3. Copy trading risks
When using copy trading or leaderboard features, you are replicating the trades of other users. Even top-performing traders can suffer significant drawdowns. You should manage your own risk settings — stop loss, maximum allocation, daily loss cap — independently of the signal provider.
4. Hypothetical performance
Some results shown on the platform may be based on backtesting. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading and may not account for the impact of liquidity, slippage and fees.
